The Dog Lodge has welcomed our puppy with open arms and an abundance of love. The owners, Jessica and Andrea, are passionate, energetic, and caring. Our puppy eagerly runs into their arms every week and is showered with affection and cuddles. The Dog Lodge is the perfect fit for our family and we are so lucky that we found this warm and trustworthy home-away-from-home for our puppy!

I have tried two other doggie daycares and it was a struggle to get Winslo to go! When I met Jessica and Andrea I knew we were at the right place – so did Winslo.

It was the second visit that I was confident we had the right “fit” as Winslo ran into the facility without looking back.  The staff at Dog Lodge are kind, patient and consistent.  Winslo has gained so much confidence and his socialization has come a long way. I know he is safe and happy on “Wee Wednesday” visits.

The Dog Lodge of Edmonton, Alberta has been a fantastic experience for our very energetic Border Collie. 

Our dog first met Jessica as a puppy. We could see right away the positive impact of the force-free approach that Jessica used with all the dogs. 

We were thrilled when Jessica established The Dog Lodge and decided right away to follow Jessica to her new operation. 

Our dog always goes in excited and happy and after playing all day comes out tired and happy. She often does not want to leave. 

I can’t recommend The Dog Lodge enough to other dog owners looking for a positive, caring experience for their pet.

Getting a bright and energetic puppy during COVID meant that our opportunities to properly socialize her on our own were limited. As we really didn’t want to miss the 'critical window’ for this, we began considering doggie daycare for the first time ever. After touring numerous other facilities that seriously underwhelmed us (we couldn’t imagine leaving our girl there!), we met the folks at The Dog Lodge and instantly knew we had found the right fit. Their warmth, knowledge, and skills are all fantastic, and the size of their facility means that groups are kept relatively small. We love that this means our girl is watched more closely and given more individual attention than she would probably get in one of the larger and more chaotic spaces we toured. Thanks to The Dog Lodge, our girl has been able to safely and consistently get the socialization and exercise that she needs to continue developing appropriately (and as a bonus, we get some extra time to focus while working from home!). We are honestly SO grateful to the folks at The Dog Lodge for everything they have helped us with, and we plan to continue bringing our girl here for a very long time. Thank you so much for looking after her so well!
